Russell Kern, 51, passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at Memorial University Medical Center.
Russell was a ten-year resident of Savannah and the creator of the Aveda Salon Tribe on Liberty Street.
She was born September 11, 1924, in Soperton, Georgia, to Jonah L., Sr. She grew up in Vidalia and moved to Savannah in 1945 with her husband, Joe Troy Halligan.
